Privacy Policy

The short version

We only collect what you type into a form on this site. We use it to reply to you and to tell you when SolSip opens. We do not sell it, we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing, and there are no advertising trackers on this site. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

What we collect

Only information you give us directly:

• The sign-up list. Your first name, your email address, and your phone number if you choose to give one. The phone number is optional and the list works without it.
• If you tick the box to receive texts. We also keep a record of that agreement: the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, the number it applied to, and the IP address and browser the agreement came from. That record exists so we can show that you agreed before we ever text you. If you do not tick the box, none of it is kept.
• If you send us a message or an event enquiry. Your name, your email address, your message, and a phone number if you include one.

We do not ask for and do not want medical information through this website. Please do not send health details through these forms.

What we do not do

• There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and no third-party scripts.
• We do not set any cookies when you browse or sign up.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not share it so that anyone else can market to you.

How we use it

To answer you, to tell you when SolSip opens and about launch offers, and to text you only if you asked us to. That is the whole list.

Text messages

We only text you if you ticked the box asking us to. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Giving us a phone number without ticking the box does not sign you up for texts.

Who else can see it

Your details are stored on the server that runs this website. Two kinds of company are necessarily involved: the provider that hosts that server, and the service that delivers our email. They handle the information only to provide those services and are not permitted to use it for anything else. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep sign-ups and enquiries for as long as they are needed for the purpose you gave them for, and we delete them when you ask. Records of text-message consent are kept for as long as we may need to show that consent was given, and are deleted when you opt out and that period has passed.

Your rights in California

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. You also have the right not to be treated differently for exercising any of those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in California law, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still ask us to confirm that.

To use any of these rights, email us at solsipholistic@gmail.com. We may need to check who you are before we act, and we will only use what you send us for that check.

Children

This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. We do not track you across other websites in the first place, so there is nothing for that signal to change here.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
